Retrofit einer Einständer-Exzenterpresse in Bezug auf die Steuerungs- und Sicherheitstechnik inklusive der Implementierung eines Touchpanels

Dieses Technikerprojekt behandelt die Modernisierung einer Einständer-Exzenterpresse bei der Firma Grenzebach BSH am Standort Bad Hersfeld. In dem Projekt wird die veraltete Steuerung durch eine neue Siemens S7-1200 Steuerung getauscht. Dabei werden Anpassungen im Bedienablauf gemacht, um die Sicherheit der Anlage zu erhöhen. Gleichzeitig soll durch den Einbau eines Touchpanels die Bedienerfreundlichkeit gesteigert werden. Die Präsentation der Ergebnisse des Projekts wird am Samstag (7. Juni 2025) im Audimax stattfinden.

English abstract: 

Retrofit of an eccentric press regarding the control and safety technology including the implementation of a touch panel 

One requirement in our second year of training to become state-certified engineering technicians at the technical college in Bad Hersfeld is the completion of a project task which takes place in cooperation with the company Grenzebach BSH in Bad Hersfeld. 

This project involves modernizing the electrical components regarding the current technical standpoint to increase the safety of the system. Therefore, older control components are replaced with a newer Siemens S7-1200. In addition, there are also changes to the operating procedure to improve the user-friendliness of the system. 

The results of this project will be presented on 7th June 2025 in the Audimax.
